Que es VEO 3.1?

VEO 3.1 is Google DeepMind's third-generation text-to-video model and the production successor to VEO 2. Unlike Sora's variable-length clips, every VEO 3.1 generation is a fixed 8 seconds — the model is optimized for that exact window, which makes it a strong fit for social formats and product loops.

All three variants — Lite, Fast and Quality — share the same core: 8-second 720p output, 16:9 or 9:16 aspect, native synchronized audio, and three input modes (text-to-video, image-to-video with a single first frame, and first/last frame control where you supply both endpoints and the model interpolates the motion between them).

The three tiers trade quality for cost. VEO 3.1 Lite is the gateway at 6 credits per clip — useful for storyboarding, mood-board iteration and animatic-style work. VEO 3.1 Fast at 7 credits is the everyday workhorse with materially better physics and lighting. VEO 3.1 Quality at 30 credits is the flagship: best texture detail, most coherent character motion, and the right pick for hero shots and final deliverables.

VEO is particularly strong at outdoor scenes, natural light, water and wind, and on-camera dialogue with lip-sync that holds up. It is weaker than Sora 2 Pro for indoor cinematic lighting and weaker than Seedance for stylized animation. First/last frame mode is unique within the VEO family on FlyAIgh — it gives you a guaranteed start and end pose, which is invaluable for tight editorial cuts.

On FlyAIgh, all three VEO 3.1 variants are available on every plan without a separate Google Cloud account, API project or quota request. The credit cost is the only difference between Free and Pro tiers.

Preguntas frecuentes sobre VEO 3.1

How much does VEO 3.1 cost on FlyAIgh?+
All three VEO 3.1 variants generate fixed 8-second clips. VEO 3.1 Lite is 6 credits per clip, VEO 3.1 Fast is 7 credits, VEO 3.1 Quality is 30 credits.
What is the difference between VEO 3.1 Fast and Quality?+
Fast and Quality share the same 8-second / 720p / 16:9-or-9:16 output spec and identical capabilities (t2v, i2v, first/last frame). Quality is the slower, higher-fidelity variant — sharper textures, more coherent motion, better fine-detail handling — and costs 30 credits vs 7 for Fast. Use Fast for iteration; switch to Quality for hero shots.
Does VEO 3.1 generate audio?+
Yes — all three variants produce native synchronized audio as part of the same generation. Dialogue, ambient sound and music are baked in; no separate audio pass needed.
What is first/last frame mode?+
You supply two reference images — the first frame and the last frame of the clip — and VEO 3.1 generates the motion that takes one to the other. This gives you guaranteed start and end poses, which is invaluable for tight editorial cuts and product reveal shots.
Is VEO 3.1 available without a Google Cloud account?+
Yes — through FlyAIgh you use VEO 3.1 on the same credit wallet that powers every other model. No GCP project, no Vertex AI quota request, no separate billing.
