Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of FlyAIgh's AI image and video generation services. You may not ask the Service to create prohibited content, upload prohibited material as a reference, or use, publish, sell, or distribute prohibited output. Violations may result in rejection of a generation request, content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or termination without refund.

1. Prohibited Content

The following six content categories are expressly prohibited, whether the material is photorealistic, illustrated, animated, fictional, edited, or AI-generated.

1.1 Pornographic, Sexual, or NSFW Content

  • Pornography, explicit sexual acts, fetish content, or material intended primarily for sexual gratification
  • Visible nudity, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or sexualized depictions of any person
  • Sexual services, sexual coercion, or content that facilitates sexual abuse or exploitation

1.2 Violence, Graphic Injury, or Gore

  • Graphic injury, mutilation, dismemberment, exposed organs, excessive blood, or other gore
  • Content that celebrates, encourages, threatens, or gives instructions for real-world violence, terrorism, self-harm, or suicide
  • Instructions for creating or using weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials to cause harm

1.3 Hate Speech or Targeted Dehumanization

  • Content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, exclusion, discrimination, or violence against a protected group
  • Slurs, hateful symbols, or praise for hate groups when used to endorse or spread hateful ideology
  • Targeted harassment, threats, bullying, or intimidation against an individual or group

1.4 Child-Unsafe Content and CSAM

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including synthetic, illustrated, fictional, or photorealistic depictions
  • Any sexualization, grooming, exploitation, trafficking, abuse, or endangerment of a person under 18
  • Requests to make a person appear younger for a sexual, exploitative, or abusive purpose

1.5 Deepfakes, Impersonation, or Identity Abuse

  • Non-consensual or deceptive deepfakes of real people, including public figures and private individuals
  • Content intended to impersonate, defraud, defame, harass, or falsely attribute conduct or statements to another person
  • Fake identification, credentials, official documents, evidence, or media intended to mislead viewers about authenticity

1.6 Copyright, Trademark, or Other Rights Infringement

  • Content that copies, distributes, or commercially exploits copyrighted works without authorization or a valid legal basis
  • Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, characters, product designs, trade dress, or other protected brand assets in a misleading or infringing way
  • Content that violates publicity, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, or other third-party rights

2. Other Prohibited Conduct

  • Illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, malware, human trafficking, illicit drug sales, or other criminal conduct
  • Doxxing, stalking, unlawful surveillance, or disclosure of personal or confidential information without authorization
  • Spam, unauthorized high-volume automation, attempts to bypass safeguards, or interference with the Service
  • Using generated content as deceptive political, medical, financial, legal, or public-safety information
  • Any attempt to evade this Policy through coded language, prompt obfuscation, reference media, or repeated retries

3. Content Moderation Mechanisms

FlyAIgh uses layered safeguards to enforce this Policy. These safeguards may include:

  • Pre-generation screening: automated checks may evaluate prompts before they are sent to a generation provider and may block or flag a request
  • Provider safeguards: underlying AI providers may apply their own prompt, reference-media, and output safety filters and may reject a request independently
  • Post-generation review: generated content may be reviewed when it is automatically flagged, reported by a user, or associated with suspicious account activity
  • Manual investigation: authorized reviewers may examine the minimum information reasonably necessary to investigate a report, enforce this Policy, or meet legal obligations
  • Abuse prevention: we may retain policy-enforcement records, monitor repeated blocked attempts, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access

Automated systems are not perfect and do not transfer responsibility to FlyAIgh. You remain responsible for every prompt, reference file, and output you create or distribute.

4. Reporting Violations

Report suspected violations to agent@flyaigh.com. Please include, when available:

  • The content URL, generation ID, account identifier, or screenshot needed to locate the material
  • Which prohibited category applies and a concise explanation of the issue
  • Evidence that you own or represent the affected rights, when reporting copyright, trademark, privacy, or impersonation concerns
  • A reliable contact email so we can request clarification or provide an outcome

We review reports promptly, prioritize child-safety and credible imminent-harm reports, preserve relevant evidence where appropriate, and may notify payment partners, affected providers, or competent authorities when required by law. Do not email or redistribute suspected CSAM; provide only the information needed to identify where it appears.

5. Enforcement and Appeals

Depending on severity, intent, history, and legal requirements, we may reject requests, remove content, issue warnings, restrict generation access, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold refunds where permitted, preserve evidence, or report illegal conduct to relevant authorities. Severe violations, including CSAM or credible threats of violence, may result in immediate termination.

If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, email agent@flyaigh.com with the relevant generation or account details and your explanation. We will review the appeal and may request additional information.

6. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy as our services, safeguards, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Questions and violation reports should be sent to agent@flyaigh.com.

This Acceptable Use Policy is effective as of August 3, 2026 and forms part of the FlyAIgh Terms of Service.
