Question 1

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

Credits are how you pay for generations on FlyAIgh. Every image or video costs credits, and the price depends on the model you choose; for video it can also depend on resolution, length and whether sound is on. The Generate button shows the exact cost before anything is spent, and your balance is shown in the sidebar. Images are the cheapest; video costs more and grows with length and resolution. Credits come from the signup bonus, the one-time Starter Pack or a monthly or yearly plan, and a generation that fails is refunded automatically.

Question 2

What happens if a generation fails?

Accepted Answer

If an image or video generation fails after its credits were taken, the credits come back to your balance automatically and in full, usually within minutes. That holds whatever the reason: an error or timeout at the model provider, a problem on our side, or the provider's content check rejecting the request. If our own safety check blocks a prompt before it is sent, nothing is charged at all. There is nothing to claim; you'll simply see your balance go back up. Credits are not returned for a generation that completed but didn't turn out the way you wanted.

Question 3

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

For subscriptions first started on or after August 4, 2026 (UTC+8), subscription credits are valid only for the paid billing period. Monthly credits expire and refresh at monthly renewal. Annual plans receive all 12 months of credits up front; any unused annual credits expire and are replaced at annual renewal. Earlier active subscriptions keep their existing balance and prior rollover treatment. One-off credits, referral rewards and failed-generation refunds are not removed by a subscription refresh. Prepaid Alipay plans do not renew automatically. Unused plan credits expire at the end of the purchased month/year; permanent credits remain.

Question 4

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

Accepted Answer

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once the transaction is completed. However, we may issue refunds in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, extended service unavailability (7+ days), or technical errors that prevented credits from being added to your account. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to agent@flyaigh.com.

Question 5

Which AI models are included?

Accepted Answer

Every paid account can use every model on FlyAIgh: video models such as Seedance, Kling, VEO, Sora, WAN, MiniMax H3, Hailuo and Grok Imagine, and image models such as GPT Image, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Seedream and Qwen Image. All paid plans include the same models. A free account can use every image model plus a few free-tier video models (the ones that aren't locked in the model list), and everything it makes is a protected preview that can't be downloaded. Any purchase, the one-time Starter Pack or any plan, unlocks every model and watermark-free downloads for good, including work made before paying. New models are added regularly with no plan change needed.

Question 6

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you'll retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current monthly or annual billing period. For subscriptions first started on or after August 4, 2026 (UTC+8), remaining subscription credits expire when that paid period ends; grandfathered subscriptions retain their existing balance under the prior policy.

Question 7

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

New purchases use Stripe. Where available, Alipay supports the Starter Pack and prepaid monthly/yearly plans without automatic renewal; cards support automatically renewing plans. Existing subscriptions stay with their original provider, including Creem. Available methods are shown at checkout. We do not store full card details.

Question 8

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in the form of free credits. Signing up needs no credit card, and new accounts usually receive 25 free credits once; not every signup qualifies. Free credits work on every image model and on the free-tier video models, and everything a free account makes is a protected preview that can't be downloaded. When you want more, the one-time Starter Pack ($5.99 for 200 credits that never expire) appears when you pick a locked video model or a locked download, and plans start at $11.99 a month for 400 credits. Any purchase unlocks every model and watermark-free downloads. Promo codes can only be entered at signup, and the friend referral program is currently closed. Never-paid accounts can also buy the Starter Pack on the pricing page or use “Unlock clear original” on Library image cards and enlarged previews.
